Everything was great: subjects, organization, number of attendees, coffee break, general atmosphere! My only suggestion is the "mandatory use of the microphone" by the speakers, for the quality improvement of the lectures.

Great event. The hotel wifi was awful though! Kyle Wohlmut, Marta Stelmaszak Rosa, the sales guy from Wordfast, Sarah Griffin-Mason and Jo Rourke were excellent. I think the association roundtable would have been better without the speeches. Arranging transport to the Gala Dinner would have been appreciated. Consistent session length would be an improvement, as would plenary speakers with more charisma. Although the first plenary had some excellent info. The conference definitely highlighted the way to go. Add in some technical or skills masterclasses and you would have an industry leading event.
